The “Eternal Kid” (E.K.) is a young, creative, culturally invested person who values their artistic fascinations and subgroups that are built around them. They’re passionate about what they’re interested in and find purpose and community in those spaces. However, these spaces are not the norm. E.K., in all of their color, are more regularly surrounded by less eccentric people who potentially make them feel other.
Our setting: the most extraordinarily dull environment and people, and then E.K. This juxtaposition is equally a commentary on mass conformity as well supreme individualism. E.K. doesn’t allow their normality influence or pervert their sense of self. And so, they stand out.
